Currently there are approx. 8,000 m² of publicly owned business sites available, which are primarily earmarked for businesses within the creative industries.

Hvide Kødby

The municipality is currently renting a complex of buildings known as the "Hvide Kødby" to businesses.

Ørestad

The new Ørestad urban development, between Copenhagen city centre and the airport and serviced by the metro, is one of the major development areas in the city. The Ørestad Development Corporation has two overall tasks - to develop and sell sites in the new Ørestad neighbourhood of Copenhagen and construction of the Copenhagen-Ørestad metro link.
